Dinner

The dinner menu at The White Horse, served during evening hours from 18:00 to 20:30, features a comprehensive selection of hearty British fare and international-inspired dishes. Guests can start with appetizers like breaded mushrooms with garlic mayo, homemade nachos, or a classic prawn cocktail. The Pub Classics section offers traditional favorites such as Whitby scampi, beer-battered cod, and a chef's choice of pie served with creamy mash and garden peas. Today's Specials elevate the experience with premium options like sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce or calves liver and bacon. For those seeking variety, the Spice of Life section includes Clive’s curry and three-bean chilli, while the White Horse Burgers—including a vegan "Beyond Burger"—are served with chunky chips and side salads.

Lunch

Served daily from 12:00 to 14:00, the lunch menu provides a mix of light bites and filling midday meals. In addition to a selection of starters and salads like the Southern fried chicken and bacon salad, the menu features a variety of Baguettes priced at £10.95, including fillings like bacon, brie, and cranberry or tuna mayo melt. For a more substantial option, Fresh Jackets are available for £11.95 with diverse toppings such as Clive's chicken curry or three-bean chilli. The lunch service also includes a variety of sides, such as cheesy chips and BBQ chicken wings, ensuring plenty of customization for a quick or leisurely midday break.

Sunday Lunch

The Sunday Roast menu at The White Horse features a traditional selection of meats including roast beef, chicken breast, gammon, and a mixed meat roast. For vegetarian and vegan guests, the menu offers a Moroccan spiced nut roast and a mushroom Wellington. Every main course is accompanied by an extensive array of sides, such as roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash, and Yorkshire pudding. Families are catered to with a dedicated children's meal for those under 14, which includes a free ice cream sundae. To finish the meal, diners can choose from several classic desserts like syrup sponge pudding, chocolate brownies, or a lemon cheesecake
